‘World Cup’
1-1/2 oz Plymouth Gin 1/2 oz Cocchi Americano 1/4 oz Skinos Mastika Liqueur 1/4 oz Fresh lime juice Pinch of fresh fennel seeds muddled 3 Basil leaves muddled
Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin with ice, shake until well chilled and strain over a nice size crystal clear ice cube. Finish by garnishing with a tiny basil leaf.
